Our self-paced program is recommended for virtually anyone that is trying to lose weight, improve their relationship with food, or whom also is looking for the best bang for their buck! Becoming aware of why, when, what, how, and how much you eat in our obnoxious food abundant society is the key to losing the weight AND keeping it off, so vital that we feel our group workshop should be everyone’s prerequisite course to any 12-week Advanced Individual Consulting program.

All participants will be shipped Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat book upon enrollment. This incredible book goes hand-in-hand with your workshop lessons. While not mandatory, take our word that it will truly help you! A private participant forum is available for post-workshop “homework”, and Q&A with other students and your licensed facilitators.

Workshops are only 30 minutes in duration to help fit into your busy schedule. Workshops are available via webinar recordings that you can watch on your computer or phone, and also available in audio-only format.

Complimentary Mindful Eating Coaching Call





Participants can take advantage of a complimentary 30-minute 1-on-1 coaching call session with one of our very own Am I Hungry?® Licensed Mindful Eating facilitators within the 12-Week enrollment period. Our facilitators are also available to answer your questions in your private participant forum.
