Do you work with those with food limitations or medical conditions?
Yes. Our meal plan guides and nutrition coaching can be used in support of those with food allergies and various risk factors. For example, we can provide meal plan guides that provide fabulous gluten free ideas, slow digesting carbohydrate foods, or anti-inflammatory recipes. We do not treat patients, prescribe diets or supplements to treat medical and clinical conditions, prescribe diets to treat symptoms of medical and clinical conditions; nor diagnose medical conditions. If your medical conditions are severe, we require you to see a specialist outside of TNT Nutrition prior to joining and/or along side working with a TNT Nutrition coach.
What happens after I complete my coaching program?
We have various re-enrollment options available at a discounted price for all our online weight loss programs . This enables clients to work with their coach for longer periods of time. This information will be provided a few weeks before your initial enrollment expires so you and you coach can discuss what would work best for you.
Does TNT Nutrition accept insurance?
No, our online weight loss programs are not covered by any insurance networks.
Do you offer monthly payment plans?
How long are the coaching calls?
It depends on if you are in a group coaching program or 1:1 coaching programs. Please inquire for specifics.
How do you monitor my progress?
Each client is unique in terms of the “success” and “progress” we are seeking. When applicable, some clients will provide a weekly weigh in or progress photos. Our programs, however, do not only focus on the weight on the scale to validate “progress”. We also focus on the progress on the psychological front, improving your relationship with food and creating supportive, sustainable eating habits. Only then can you achieve physical weight loss for the long haul. All progress, no matter how big or small, is progress in our program.
