At 63 years old, Karen’s goals were to ” get healthy by way of a permanent change in lifestyle which includes healthier eating and weight loss”. My doctor wanted me to wait for the blood work till closer to my physical, so here they are thanks to your help:Glucose then: 116 now: 93A1C then: 5.8 now: 5.3Cholesterol then: 259 now: 219HDL then: 36 now: 35Calculated LDL then: 147 now: 140triglycerides then: 378 now: 218I am no longer on blood pressure medicine and my weight this morning was 202 lb. I still have a ways to go, but I will get there thanks to your help. The tools you gave me to change my lifestyle will always be there and I will never go back.
