Shana Sabourin participated in our coaching services that would change her ways of eating and thinking about food completely. Shana was not severely overweight, nor did she have any signs nearing an eating disorder. She was just like 99% of you out there reading this. She knew what she “should” be eating, but there was just a disconnect between knowing this and being able to effortlessly and happily continue to do it. It was like if she wasn’t following a “plan” it all went to sh*t. lol Isn’t that the truth though? Let’s admit it. Anytime you’re not locked eyes on MyFitnessPal 24/7 or weighing foods or counting or weighing, you’re not doing much at all that leaves you feeling positive and in control. Shana has now done a 180 with her eating, and is physically and mentally the happiest and healthiest she’s ever been. She’s proof that getting your eating on track and creating long term eating habits doesn’t have to be so painful as we think it will be.
