We’re always thrilled to share success stories from our online weight loss program! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jane through our Lifestyle Intervention program. She was always determined to reach her goals, and really took to heart the coaching and advice I provided her, I knew she was bound to be super successful! Jane was enrolled with us for her initial 12-weeks of the program, and also re-enrolled with us post her initial 12-weeks. Many students continue to work with our coaches more than one 12-week session in effort to gradually increase more self management, accountability, and reassurance about their eating habits rather than cut ties with their coach “cold turkey”. I wanted to thank you for all your help with achieving my weight and fitness goals. If you recall, I needed to lose every bit of 20 lbs. and I was working with a bit of a deadline – my daughter’s upcoming wedding.
I NEVER thought I had food issues. I honestly thought it was the “diet’s” fault. The difference in your plan is not only the education provided by way of the webinars, etc., but most especially the connection you made with me. I get very overwhelmed with change – even if it’s positive. The real turning point for me was our coaching call when I wanted to sweep it all under the rug, and let you know everything was fine. It was not fine. THANK YOU for not letting it go, and very kindly helping me confront a stumbling block. It gave me so much to think about and was the breakthrough that I needed.
I really enjoyed the webinars and handouts on various topics (mindful eating!) you provided in the online weight loss program. These really helped to explain things and it motivated me. I really do feel knowledgeable and comfortable – not worried and anxious about meal planning and strategies. What a difference!! I really enjoy experimenting with different recipes and I LOVE tracking my meals. (I can’t believe that!! I thought this was the worst part in the beginning!!) They say the only thing harder than taking off weight is keeping it off. I love the way I eat, and I know I’ll keep it off.
Advice I would give:

*Tracking = Success
*Take comfort in the day to day. It ain’t sexy, but BIG things happen with consistency.
I’d like to encourage other menopausal women who gain 2-5 pounds annually and don’t know how to stop this climb – no matter what you do. It seems hopeless – but it’s NOT. My results were not fast, but they were dramatic – so I win!! Shelby, thank you and your online weight loss program again. I could/wouldn’t/didn’t do it without you, and I couldn’t be happier with my new figure – almost 25 lbs. GONE! Can hardly wait to ROCK that MOB dress!
